[sac-forum] Re: Eyepieces, case and other items For Sale

Steve:

I am interested in your lens case and its contents. Question, does the rail
you have for the 8" SCT fit the
10" SCT? I am also looking for some counter weights, my CCD and focuser
have really added some weight to the
scope and I need to make a little balance adjustment.

Thank you for your offer,

Mike

Subject: [sac-forum] Eyepieces, case and other items For Sale

Hello SAC;
I have some items for sale that I am trying to avoid driving all the way
over to Riverside just to try and sell them off, so I am going to offer them
as a great deal to anyone in central Arizona, where there is no shipping
involved.

A very well made piggybacking adaptor for an 8 inch Meade SCT. It is
adjustable so the camera can be moved forward and backward along the rail.
This is very well made and used to be on their website for 150 dollars. I
will let it go for 50 bucks.

I also have the usual Meade piggybacking adaptor, a metal sector with a
threaded bolt on it....10 dollars.

An excellent aluminum case, eyepieces, collimation tools and filters. I do
not wish to sell this out in parts right now, I am hoping for someone to
take it all. For that special someone the price is 75 dollars. Here is
what you get:

Aluminum case with foam.
Plossl eyepieces: 25mm, 17mm, 10mm, 9mm, 6mm.
Two types of collimation tools: single hole in eyepiece and 45 degree angle
mirror type.
Filters: blue, orange and Moon.

I will deliver to the next SAC meeting or you can come to my house at 7th
Street and Thunderbird for pickup. Somewhere around the house I do have a
digital camera, I can send you an image of anything you are interested in.

Thank you to the members of the SAC board for deciding to allow For Sale
postings here, I think it will be a good service to SAC members.
