Amazon.com wanted $85, it also said it was out-of-print.  The publisher's
site says the list price is $75.

I ordered the hardback from ecampus.com for $57.60, no membership
required.  Although I'm not entirely sure it has the CD-ROM included. 
It's very confusing, as some sites offer the paperback version for nearly
the same price.
