[sac-forum] Re: Date and place for Heck with the Monsoons star party

Hi Stan,

Every "family" has it's little squabbles from time to time. I don't any divorces in our future. The written word doesn't let us see the unspoken part of communication (like body language, facial expressions, inflection of tone) which helps us all interperet intent, etc. So, sometimes unintended things can happen as a result. I for one wouldn't worry about it. Let's just forget it and get back to the fun at hand.

Steve,
Maybe the ranch down at the end of the road is blocking things to prevent some preceived issue (squatter, partiers (aside from star), vandals, dumpers or such). The truck I saw said "Hayen farms" on the side but I find no reference on the Web for them. We maight try to make contact with them and see if they can enlighten us and or help our cause in use of that piece of land (it worked with Ray Farnsworth and the MM)...

All,
Given all the discussion that has transpired concerning star parties, I probably should not, at lest at this time, made my comment below. It was intended to be joking because I took Steve's comment about bulldozing as something he made in jest. This is to let everyone know I know Steve would not do anything illegal and my comment was not meant to be a serious criticism, or any criticism at all.

Howdy all;

Let me know what you think, we can get up there early and do a little road
work for the Cherry II site, if that is what it takes. Anyone have a
bulldozer??

That might be unlawful. You should check this out to see if bulldozing is permitted. I would hate to see you land in jail bulldozing something you shouldn't be. :-)
