You are correct, AJ, but the membership can be an at-large membership, not a
club affiliation.

In response to Tom's comment about awarding pins to non-AL clubs. Here the
award is for a member and not a club and the only award in this class is the
Herschel 400. For all others, as I have been lead to believe, one must be a
member of the AL to receive pin.
As far as bling is concerned - suits me fine. :))
