Jeez, if I connect at lower than 30, I disconnect and try again until I get
around 50.  (this is at the
shop with my 56.6 modem.  At home I have Cox digital cable....always on,
always fast.)
I think it's time you used the Qwest phone line to call Cox and see if they
can hook you up.
High Speed is the way to go.  It could mean the difference between you or
someone else's name
ending up attached to that newly found comet. :-)
