[sac-forum] Cepheus Observations

OK, OK, I know the last two weeks were not kind to us as far as any of 
us getting in some observations, but I'm sure there are those of you out 
there that already have some for the Cepheus objects that were listed 
last month.

Sooo, if you did happen to get an observation or two in this month, or 
if you have some old ones laying around the house, then send them in.  
We can spare a few days or so for you to get them organized and e-mailed 
in.  There's lots of room for many observations from many SAC observers.
