Cliff, thanks for update. Your observation has been included along with a
number of other SAC members, including Rick Rotramel and Joe Goss. They are
some folks that should have been mentioned previously who have already
submitted observations that are also included.
I hope you get better skies. We have not been faring well at all for the
last several months - clouds, rain and wind. Oh we long for the dry air

Date: Mon, 15 Nov 2004 22:29:53 -0700 Cliff, I'm interested in observations
from SAC members of which you are one! I'll include your observations. I
generally prefer them sent in the following format - Scope diameter, focal
ratio, type, magnification; observer: observation. 12", DOB; Cliff
Hedgepeth:all three seen with 42mm, could see dust lanes with averted vison.
Had to leave the focal ration and magnification out as they weren't
included. If you can get that to me in the next few day's it will be
included. Thanks for the observation, aj Cliff Hedgepeth wrote: If you are
interested in east coast observations, here's one from Sat night. Helped out
with Boy Scout Camporee Nov 13 here in Franklin, VA 36d41' X 76d 56'. M31,
32110 all in 42 mm 2" wide ep on my Orion 12" dob. could see dust lanes with
averted vision. Unusual here in this humidity. Wx cold and clear but seeing
not perfect. Cliff Hedgepeth Franklin, VA From: AJ Crayon

Observations! Date: Sun, 14 Nov 2004 21:54:54 -0700 Ignoring the weather for
this month, it is time for observations from Andromeda. If you have any of
M31, M32 and M110, NGC 404, NGC 891, NGC7662, NGC7686 or beta Andromeda, by
all means please submit them. We'll take observations from last year, or
fromyears ago when the weather was more to our liking. Look around for those
old observations, I'm sure they have been stored somewhere easily found.
I'vealready got observations from Rick Tejera and Ken Reeves - meaning more
can be used for the December issue. aj --- Links --- 1
