Of course, you wouldn't see that as the Exchange software (Internet Mail
Service 5.5.2653.19) you're using at work does not handle the References
and In-Reply-To fields.  This is beyond your control, of course.

BTW - I assuming that you're using Exchange as work (the Internet Mail
Service), is this true?

Take a peek at the header of my message and then look at the header of
your's.  Specifically the References and Message-Id fields.
