I don't think its necessary to raise dues at this time.  We have at least
a year, possibly two, before this becomes necessary.

Then we have the question as to the amount, which is highly dependent the
number of members we expect to have.  If we take the current (paying)
membership and divide it by by our current expected expenses, we come up
with $36 per member (or $33 if families equal 1.5 in the division).

T-shirt sales, donations, and other income helps reduce this amount, but
it's not self-renewing like dues.
