[sac-board] speaker on weather

Folks;

I just sent a message to David Runyon, thanks Thad for being a bulldog about
getting a speaker on Az weather.

I have Herve Dole for Aug, Adam Block from Kitt Peak for Sept and I gave
David the Oct and Nov dates for meetings.

I will let you know;
