We've done the Blue moon meeting before. As you note Chris, to eliminate it
means 8 weeks between meetings. It would essentially be the August
meeting...
I say we keep it, The June 29th meeting would probably be the swap
meet/Member show and tell meeting.

1) We are going to move the November mtg back a week to avoid Thanksgiving
weekend 2012.
2) Good point about two June meetings - I completely missed it.
Personally,
I don't mind cancelling the June 29 mtg. The unfortunate issue is going

weeks without a mtg. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Historical
reference would be appreciated.

Chris,
I have been out of town for 4 days so forgive the late question about your
calendar approval. Two questions:
1. You didn't comment (that I saw) on whether we're moving the
November meeting back a week to get it out of Thanksgiving weekend. I
recommend we do that.
2. I didn't notice until making up the room reservation request
that we have 2 meetings scheduled for June. The meetings around that time
are May 4, June 1, June 29 and July 27. I'd be fine with a schedule like
that were it not summer with a lot of peole gone and speakers probably hard
to find. Do we want 2 June meetings? I recommend we omit one unless there
is good reason to do them both. Since this is the forum, others that read
this and have an opinion should comment...
