[sac-board] Re: [sac-announce] Observing list printout available for SAC meeting

If this is an announcement that Steve is expecting a reply to, then he
should state prominently in the announcement to reply to him directly
and give his email address, or use sac-forum, otherwise no one has
anywhere to respond.
