But, as Jack asked, does or doesn't the double star list count towards the
1000?  Or do Doubles count at all towards the 1000?  If doubles do count,
then potentially, one could do the entire (or at least most) 1000+ award
from the city, which makes it a more obtainable goal.  Ideas?
