Rich, so good to hear from you!  Glad you're doing the 1000 list and that the
"discussion" has ended with all in agreement.

Actually I haven't even bothered about this list, especially with the 8 inch
scope; but now with something "slightly" larger the prospects a enticing.
Perhaps I'll do some chipping away myself.

I'll second, third and etc. your suggestion for a clear dark night!
