It's pretty good, except it's completely biased to those who are on-line. 
We might as well E-mail this version for it to work best.

We really need this missive to be of one medium: hard-copy.

I see this as two pages, single-sided; a cover letter and the SAC
Membership Services Form.  It will cost more, but I expect we'd get a much
better response using a single medium.

FYI - For those who can't seem to do the math, the pro-rated rate is 75%. 
Which means $10.50 for Newsletter Only, $21 for Regular Membership, and
$31.50 for Family Membership.

So I guess the letter would be something like this:


        In checking our records it has become apparent that you have
    not renewed your SAC membership for this year.  If you wish to
    renew, please take some time now to do so.

        Currently, with the club's pro-rating of the yearly dues, the
    _Regular membership_ is $21, the _Family Membership_ is $31.50,
    and the _Newsletter Only_ is $10.50.

        You will find attached a _SAC Membership Services Form_,
    please fill it out and mail it to the address on it.
