Are you saying that we should request the full amount from those people
who have not yet renewed?  This is similar to the reinstatement fee that
the board decide to not invoke until 2003.

For those who haven't followed this mailing list closely, and weren't
present for the discussion at the board meeting, the constitution says we
can charge a reinstatement fee for late renewals after 60 days.  This has
been there for more than 15 years.  The board decided last Friday not to
enforce this until next years renewals.

I do think it's a good idea to at least ask for the back dues at this
point, but we can't require it.
