Our draft release doesn't release us from negligence. I don't think it's

The underlined stuff has not been seen by our lawyer since his last
comments. The "[sic]" to denote a problem we have with the lawyers text.
And Jeff you're wrong. It's not a blank check. It's spells out exactly
what's covered on the form.
If you wanted to sue AJ, one of the organizers, all you would have to do
is prove that your loss had nothing to do with "the execution or
performance of the marathon". You couldn't sue him for a missing
eyepiece, but you could if he stole it.
