First you say they don't work.  Now you say it's a blank check.

I agree.  So what's with the blank check stand?

My stand on the intent of the waiver for the Messier Marathon is that
SAC, among the providers, is not negligent just because it announced the
marathon, found the site, and rented the port-a-pottie.

And how in the world would anyone expect SAC to be responsible for that?
