Jeff,
The issue first presented itself between the June & July issues. The deleted
items in the July issue were those that were originally published on the web
when this all started. I included that information for those who would not
have had the opportunity the see the original proposal.
The proposal published in the august issue IS the final version. Thad put a
stop to all changes and then gave me the OK to proceed and publish it. What
you see in August is what will be voted on next week. Again this is to
ensure all members who don't have access to the mailing lists, or internet
can make informed decisions.

Rick,
Rick you are right that was the July Issue. What there a previous
issue that had the original amendment? The information in the August
Newsletter is very different from the "new" in blue information of
the July issue. I see the amendment still says a member will be
expelled for not signing a waiver. Exactly what is being proposed is
confusing at best. Have things changed since the August Newsletter?
