Peter, with so many emails, it has been a chore to keep up. Especially when
sidetracks are presented. Anyhow, your understanding is very similar
to mine.
As far as SAC using liability waivers, it's not being proposed, but rather
debated.
The wording is in place, the intentions of the wording are clear, and now
the
membership is discussing the possibilities. I opened up the discussion to
allow
the members to make their decisions with ample of time ahead of the upcoming
vote.
