Does anyone have a list for the members of the waiver committee? I remember some, but not, all of them. Also, could the charter of the committee be stated so we know what to do and everyone will know what to expect. I'd like to have this understood before going to far so there are few misunderstandings. It may take me a while to get things going. Thanks, aj
