Or, perhaps looking to see if there is a room available at GCC that has a
video projector installed permanently where we could have the meeting in and
have the permission to use it, instead of the room we are meeting in now.

Even if the "rent" goes up, it would not be as big a dent to our savings
account as a purchase of a decent video projector.

By the way, there is at least some level of anxiety about acquiring the 
projector from Security at GCU each time I do this.  Perhaps Paul's 
suggestion about SAC purchasing a projector is worth pursuing as a Board 
meeting item.
