[sac-board] Updates for SAC's web site

Stan,
    please replace the copy of the Membership Services form with this one:
http://cybertrails.com/~dickson/sac.membership.services.form.pdf

    Someone's already used your old version and mailed me their SAC dues.

    Also, please add a "(PDF)" to links that load PDF files.  Especially
the "Membership Services" link on the main page.  From the link, the
expectation is another HTML page, but instead I got a slow download of the
PDF and then a long initiation of Adobe's Acrobat Reader.  I'd like to
know in advance what I was getting into.


    Why does the "Mailist Lists" link on the main page also link the
Membership Services PDF?  Shouldn't it point to the already existing
http://www.saguaroastro.org/content/DiscussionLists.htm?
