[sac-board] Updated/Corrected Star Party Etiquette and Disclaimer

I found a spelling error in the disclaimer, so while I was corecting it I
also tried to soften it a bit.

I also removed some redundant material like: "your own personal
possessions" -> "your possessions" or "your own insurance agent" -> "your
insurance agent".

I'm willing to go further as to trim "This would include such items as
your own personal possessions" down to "This includes your possessions". 
Just say the word.
