I have a question: are you planning on having the ISO image of the CD
on SAC's web site? I guess I'm asking whether the CD is freely
redistributable or only available through SAC? $10 seems to be a bit
excessive as CD-R's are now less than a $1 (30 to 80 cents).

(An ISO image of a CD is a bit-by-bit copy of a CD. CD distributions
create the ISO image to a hard disk with the CD's layout before ever
writing anything to a CD.)
