[sac-board] Transition

All,
Here are some of the things we'll need to do to ensure a smooth transition:

1.      Transfer Check Signing privileges from myself & Paul to Steve &
Charlie. Paul, you seem to have the best handle on how to go about this so
I'll let you take point on this. I know when we did it I didn't have to meet
you at the bank, which is something I'll wager Steve will appreciate. If you
can fill us in on what we need to do.  I'd say this should be done after the
new year, but prior to the 1st meeting (18 Jan 08).
2.      Transfer of club financial records & Checkbook & receipt book&
current roster to Charlie. Again Paul, I'll let you work that out with
Charlie.
3.      Resetting club domain email address passwords. For those who have
been using the SaguaroAstro.org address for club business. Clean out any
un-needed messages and save or forward thing hat might be useful for your
successor. I'll get with Stan to reset the passwords the first week in
January.
4.      Incoming officers, please let me know if you'd prefer to NOT have
your address on your business cards and verify your email address preference
(Club Domain, personal domain or both) & phone number (Home, cell, both).
5.      Ditto for the newsletter masthead. 
6.      Transfer of Properties (Projector & accessories) from Tom to Jack.
Jack, if you're planning on attending the Holiday Party, that would most
likely be the best time. 
7.      Charlie, please let me know the address to which folks should send
their remittances for dues & subscriptions so I can update the member
services page in the NL.

That's all I can think of right now. If anyone comes up with something I
missed, please chime in and let me know.
