[sac-board] Re: Transferring sac-treasurer from Paul to Al

Ooops on that last one....

I suggest doing it the way Bob E. suggested. He is the administrator of
those email accounts on the website and can reset the passwords each new
year and let the new officers log in on a default passsword and create their
own at that time.
