[sac-board] Re: The vote

  I would like to thank the board Steve Coe and a very big thank you to 
AJ. It seems that the topics discussed here are being watched by other 
clubs. I attended a meeting of  the Tri City ARA last light and was 
surprised to find out that they are also concerning   incorporation and 
becoming a not profit entity. The bylaws are being updated and the topic 
of wavers was also presented. It could be a sign of the times. Where 
have all the friendly clubs gone? Also I should give a big thank you to 
Thad who has given time sweat and cooling words to keep this list moving 
and calm.

Again thanks to all who have worked out what needs to be done, and 
excuse me for not naming all the fine people involved.
