The "welcome participants" is in paragraph five, which is the heaviest
(most negative) paragraph of the disclaimer. After some reflection while
I typed it, I do feel something like it is necessary and I do feel the
paragraph that follows does bring back the up beat feeling.
As for "unwelcome participants," the club is definately not responsible.
Be they ants, cows, bees, gnats, mosquitos or humans. Being uninvited
means the club has no control.
