I have a concern about the term, "welcome participants," but don't know
exactly how to state.  Perhaps it is just a feeling.

The best I can state this feeling is . . . what about participants that aren't
welcome?  Perhaps they are unrully or are behaving in an unacceptable manner.

Possibly I'm missing something here.

Other than this, I agree with Paul - thanks to Peggy for getting this done and
to us.
