[sac-board] Status of SAC-Announce

After setting up SAC-Announce, I discovered that I should have set up
the list as "moderated".  As an "announcement" list, messages from
subscribers not allowed to post messages had their E-mail rejected,
while non-subscribers E-mail was just held for the moderator to either
approve or reject.

That meant I had to change the access for everyone on the list.

Currently, anyone can send a message to SAC-Announce, but only
messages from the club's officers go through immediately.  E-mail from
everyone else is held until the list's moderators decide the message's
disposition.

Currently, Jack Jones and I are moderators.

One reason I bring this up is because AJ's recent message had to wait
until Jack approved it (X-Approved-By: spicastar@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx).  If
there are any other problems lurking, please let me know.

Please keep messages to SAC-Announce to a minimum.  Most people did
not subscribe but had their addresses added from the club's membership
database.  Also some of these people are using work accounts and may
have some kind of E-mail restrictions.
