The one thing this club is, is lazy.  All they want to do is attend
astronomy lectures and observe.  There's nothing wrong with that.  But it
makes it hard to get a full slate of officers.

And just who is going to do the work.  No one.  Not for long.

90% of the work of the club is done by less than 10% of the membership.
And you want them to do more work!
