Stan, The position of Editor is an appointed one. Technically there is no bylaw prohibiting an elected officer from holding such apost. As a matter of fact Paul was editor and President when I joined the club. I was being a bit facietious in my statement, although given the time involved in preparing SACnews, I would respectfully decline a nomination for elected office.
