[sac-board] Signature Cards

I went to the back today.  It seems the old officers are not needed to
change the signatures.  But the process is a two-step one.

Step one:  we sign the cards and I take those back to the bank.
Step two: after entering the changes in their computer, they will print a
  form which also requires everyones signature.

So...Dave, can we meet today/tonight to get this started?

Should AJ, the Secretary also be added to the account (if he wants)?
