[sac-board] Sentinel-Schwaar T-Shirts

The weather forecast discussion now ends at mid-week next week with a
storm that should finish passing through by Wednesday.  They are
predicting 1"+ for the Salt River watershed.  (I believe this is rain
rather than snow, but I'm not sure).

The problem with these big storms is that the discussions tend to focus on
them and we don't learn much about what's going to happen later.
