[sac-board] Re: Sentinel and more potty talk

Steve certainly has the knack for bringing up the most interesting
topics - and this is no exception.

I'm in favor of having a port-a-pottie at Sentinel and, having read many
of the replies, have some thoughts. First here are topics that have
already been stated that I agree with. We donate to a kitty, either
ahead of time or at the site because it is not in the SAC budget for the
treasury to support. All in attendance at Sentinel get to use the
equipment - regardless of donation statii, in other words it is free for
all to use.

If any monies are left over from one event, it gets rolled over into the
next event. This long term concept will require someone to hand the
funds. Also, once you donate, the money cannot be returned - regardless!

Now for some thoughts that have come up just while entering this
message. Should we use receipts for those donating? Probably not.
Will this tend to tie us to Sentinel more than we would prefer?

Finally, how much does the port-a-pottie cost? Not that it makes a
difference but we should have some sort of idea how much we are speaking
about.

Another reason for a port-a-pottie is for the ladies . . . need I say more?
