[sac-board] SAC's meeting schedule for 2006 (and dates through 2010)

I just forward Rick's PDF of the 2006 schedule to Paul Lind.

I have a question:  Why is the November meeting 5 days after the full
moon rather than 2 days before it.  I think we cover it at a board
meeting but I can't remember why this date was chosen (or was it switched
to November 3rd and Rick never updated and distributed the PDF).

With the Meeting on Nov. 3rd, Flat Iron can be on Nov. 11th, and Sentinel
for the 18th (as Steve wants).

Last May, I created a table of SAC meeting dates through 2010 so I don't
have to update the tables every year (yes, I can be very, very lazy).  I
just now updated this table to reflect Rick's dates.  Here it is for
