Thanks Paul. Since taking over the printing and distribution
responsibilities for the newsletter, I have noticed that the database is in
serious need of an update. I have removed the obvious (such as the comp copy
mailed to Guild Camera), but perhaps there are more. Once it has been
sanitized could you send me a copy?
Peter

Subject: [sac-board] SAC's Complimentary Newsletters
I was going through the complimentary newsletters that SAC sends to other
clubs within Arizona and there is a real need for an update:
The "Verde Valley Astronomy Club" is apparently the "Astronomers of the
Verde Valley". Their address is now a PO box in Clarkdale.
The Sedona club, "Sirrius Lookers", is really "Sirius Lookers".
The TAAA President and Newsletter Editor have both changed, though the
president's newsletter goes to the TAAA PO box.
EVAC's President has change. Their editor is a SAC member and already
gets our newsletter.
PAC's President and editor have change too.
There are a few clubs in Arizona that don't get our newsletter and
probably should. Sierra Vista and Flagstaff come to mind. Anyone have
contact info?
Should these changes be made to the database? If so, I'll work it out
with Al on how the updating is done.
