First step would be to look at the current list of comps. Charlie said
he get me an updated copy alter today.
From that we could probably get a few that should've been sent email all
along Lowell Obs & the ASC come to mind here.
Next would be to email those that have email addresses and advise them
of the policy change.
Finally those with out email address could have an insert into the next
issue with the policy change, and a form to provide an email address.
Sound reasonable?
