[sac-board] SAC-mls replaced by SAC-Announce

There is a replacement mailin list for SAC-mls, it is:

        SAC-Announce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

All announcements to this list also go to SAC-Board (I hope).  I also went
down the list on the front page of SACNEWS and allowed those people to
post messages to this (sac-announce) list.

Does anyone have a current address for Thad Robosson?  I only have his
Primenet address.
