Only four are still valid for 2005:

    Astronomy League    error: unknown user             E-mail
    Dee Harkins         error: mbx not found    Already hard-copy
    Louis Pappas        error: unknown recipient        E-mail
    Steven Snyder       error: unknown user             E-mail

The database doesn't have a complete mailing address for Steven.  Perhaps
it should be run through maps.google.com.
