Sorry about not posting this directly to the board, up front. I sent it to =
the officers, when I should have just posted it here. Also sorry for not se=
nding Steve Coe a copy. I=92ll do my best to remember to post club issues h=
ere.

As follow-up to AJ's statement, Does this mean that http://www.ClearSkyInst=
itute.com should or should not use our data?

All the SAC databases are in public domain and, hence, are usable by folks =
such as Elwood.  They can be used and distributed by uses of the database a=
s long as they don't charge for the data, charging for copying
to media and shipping is permitted.  This follows classical public domain c=
riteria.
