IE5 users do not need to read this!
I loaded netscape 4.05 this weekend and finally located the problem.
Apparently Netscape does not interpret cascading style sheet (CSS) information
across table cells. This causes any text in the table cells to display in the
browsers default color (typically black). I understand the problem and will get
things fixed ASAP, however it will take a few days to go through the whole site
changing code in the cells.
My justification for using an external CSS is the ease of updating the entire
site. Change one file and update the entire site's appearance in case the club
does not like the look (colors etc.).
Moral of the story, never trust a piece of software to correctly write
compatible code.
