[sac-board] SAC info CD

I have asked Ron if he is OK with having the astrobyte program included on such 
a CD and he has not responded so far, I will let you folks know when he has 
given me an answer.  I am more than willing to hear other input from anyone.  I 
have not heard a real dissenting voice so far.  If someone does not like the 
idea, let us hear about it.
