[sac-board] SAC Speaker Cities

It was pretty easy to create a pie chart of the cities that our SAC speakers 
have come from.  I did this for both the entire period dating back to 1983 and 
the "modern era" from 1999 until today.  The two charts are shown here.

The club has been going outside of Phoenix for speakers with increasing 
frequency.  With a population of 831, Portal is disproportionately represented. 
 As more interesting people move into the Sky Village, we will accumulate more 
speakers who are "from Portal."
