I think Jennifer if referring to the fact that the screen is broken.
The screen base/roll-up won't lock making transporting difficult (it will
slide up/down the main pole). I thought we just needed the pin-unit that
is housed inside the red cover. This locks the various items on the
vertical pole (one for locking the retractable top of the pole and one
for the screen base/roll-up). I suggested purchasing another but others
have said this wouldn't work due to reasons that aren't clear to me.
