I added the 2003 non-renewals, so the total is now 120.

I only need the first question OK'd by the board (spending money).  The
second doesn't really need board approval, just the a general consensus.  And
third is a request to Rick Tejera.

1) Will the board approve reimbursement of postage?  Postage could be $25
to $35 (assuming 30 to 50 people pick up their copies at he meeting).

2) I only have printer paper that's three-hole punched.  Would this be
considered OK for the sending this letter?  Otherwise someone else will
have to print the letter (the 94 page PDF was 5.5 MB).

3) Rick, any chance of getting mailing labels?  Both for those in the
database and a 100 with Al's name & address for the return address.  I
don't really have enough to warrant purchasing labels just for this.  

There are a few people who aren't subscribed to sacnews, but are E-mail
newsletter.  I'm hoping they are just using an address not in the
database.
