[sac-board] SAC Roster Data Correction Letter

If I had the latest SAC membership database, I'd be ready to send out the
letter included below (made up data).

There are currently 94 letters being generated, each on SAC letterhead.

Does the board want to send these out?  Do we want to mail them all, or do
we want to chance sending personal data to old E-mail addresses?

Currently, I'm generating one big file with 94 pages.  This is fine if I'm
going to mail hard-copies.  It would take me a couple of hours to generate
individual files for E-mailing.

602-555-1212.

You are notified when the on-line newsletter is available via the SACNews
mailing list.

Privacy - The only time SAC gives out your data is when the printed roster
is sent out to the membership. If you would rather not have your info
included, please notify Al Stiewing as to what data you want withheld:
Address, Zip code, Phone number, and/or E-mail address.
