OK.  I was just a little concern when I folded a hard-copy and it didn't
line up correctly.  I guess the paper's registration in my printer is a
bit off (less than 1/8 of an inch).

I corrected the logo and included the missing font in the version I just
uploaded.  So it just needs proof reading...
