Al would just email me the latest database. If you would like to continue
that workflow, that's OK by me. But, perhaps you could create a subset
worksheet of mailed newsletters only that contains the data you would like
printed on the labels. That would save me some time.

What's the procedure for printing mailing labels for hard-copy newsletters?

I have the latest database.  How does Peter get the labels for the printed
edition?
